Today I would like to talk about an important and often underestimated topic: your needs. WHETHER YOU ARE AWARE OF IT OR NOT, IT IS YOUR NEEDS THAT GUIDE YOUR LIFE. If you know them, if you are in contact with them then your life will be satisfying, rich, joyful. If, on the other hand, you ignore them or expect others to understand and satisfy them for you, then you will likely experience a lot of frustration. But the purpose of every human being is "to give light to himself". For this I propose a practical tool that will allow you to take a journey inside yourself, take stock of the situation with respect to which and how many needs in your life are totally satisfied (fantastic!) Or which are not and require your attention. Having clarity, recognizing one's needs is not only healthy but above all a tool of great well-being. Being in contact allows us to develop awareness, recognize what we need and set in motion to get it. The state of joy, of serenity corresponds to the feeling of a satisfied need. The state of anger and fear, on the other hand, is the indicator that one or more of our needs are not met. To grow, to become the best version of us, we must take a moment and look inside, possibly with curiosity, openness and acceptance. If you want to learn how to do it .. write me!
