Anyone who has undertaken a path of growth and well-being will certainly have started by making contact with their emotions. He will thus have discovered through experience that learning how to accept them is the first step in managing them. Once you understand this, you can also observe them by letting them be what they are. The most significant step however is that of acceptance. When I accept what I feel, when I am able to clearly perceive where and how I feel it, then I am able to accept that what I live is part of me. And if it is part of me it is good that I see it instead of repressing or denying it. Now I can start from this and correct what it takes to live an authentic and full life where emotions do not scare me but guide me in understanding myself and my inner world.
