The practice of conscious breathing, aka Breathwork, brings with it numerous advantages. There are no contraindications of any kind, only good reasons to integrate it into our life with confidence: it is healthy, it is useful and it costs nothing! We are healthy breath carriers and can use it whenever we want! Breathwork or work with the breath is a tool of well-being
