I practice and teach mindfulness. It is a special attitude. A superpower if I have to say it all. It is the simplest thing and at the same time it is not. But you learn. You train, you improve quickly and you understand through experience how much benefit it brings. Science is crazy about Mindfulness, neuroscience is proving its value through studies published every year in prestigious scientific journals. Mindfulness is good for you. Point. Very well.

Mindfulness is "an English word that means awareness but in a particular sense. It is not easy to describe it in words because it refers first of all to a direct experience. Among the possible descriptions, that of Jon Kabat-Zinn has become" classic ", one of the pioneers of this approach. "Mindfulness means paying attention, but in a particular way: a) with intention, b) in the present moment, c) in a non-judgmental way." It can also be described as a way to cultivate a more full presence in the experience of the moment, in the here and now ".
