Re-parenting
It often happens that we can feel invisible in the world or too exposed. It also happens that we develop grudges against who we would like to pay attention to and do not do it , or do it but in the way we believe is wrong. Then discomforts grow, misunderstandings and relationships, of any kind, can crack. One way to overcome this type of suffering is to contact our inner child again, take him by the hand, understand his needs and remember that that child is always there, within us. Always. And who has specific needs but is unable to satisfy them in the right way without our help, without our guidance. It is up to us adults to take care of them now, with tenderness but sometimes also with firmness when doing tantrums.
